Market Umbrella is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3), based in New Orleans, whose mission is to cultivate the power of farmers markets to drive economic and community health in the region. Market Umbrella has operated the Crescent City Farmers Markets (CCFM) since 1995.

Nori Guys
Welcoming new vendor to the Thursday Mid-City Market!
Kenny Truong originally had a stall at the Pythian Market, which was under the culinary direction of Nigel Pais. After the market closed, Pais and Truong teamed up to launch a new venture, hosting bar pop-ups around the city and appearing at local festivals. Nori Guys focuses on bringing a fresh approach to enjoying great sushi, using locally sourced ingredients. Visit Nori Guys at the Thursday Mid-City Market to try their variety of fresh sushi tacos or wonton nachos!

The Crescent City Farmers Market operates weekly year-round throughout New Orleans. The CCFM hosts 70+ local small farmers, fishers, and food producers, and more than 150,000 shoppers annually.
