Honey Roasted Carrots Honey Roasted Carrots

Simple and delicious! Roasting carrots brings out the perfect balance of savory and sweet. Use this base recipe as a starting point—add cayenne for heat or chipotle seasoning for a smoky twist!

Ingredients
  • 8 medium whole peeled carrots
  • 3 tbsp olive oil 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F & gather all ingredients. 
  2. Place whole carrots in a baking dish, & drizzle with olive oil. Mic until carrots are completely covered with oil. Drizzle honey over the tip, then season with salt & pepper; mix until evenly coated. 
  3. Bake in a preheated oven until carrots are tender, about 30 minutes, serve hot & enjoy!
