You can catch Faust Farms and their bounty of strawberries at the Thursday Mid-City Market! In addition to strawberries, they specialize in, cabbage, eggplant, cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes, plus romaine lettuce and spring mix grown hydroponically! Faust Farms are a third-generation family-owned business, established in 1985. They carefully and tenderly care for their 60 acres of land in Amite, LA, and we're lucky to have them in our market.
